Some of my music files have a blue circle with a music note by them. This was the first batch of songs I ever synced from WMP. The second batch of music has brown folders beside each song and when I select a song it says at the bottom of the screen “sorry the player does not support this type of audio file.” Can anyone please please help me with this problem?...
